ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Assist, direct and train departmental personnel in all phases of their work.
• Work from schedules general instructions or other data and information.
• Perform assigned duties as instructed must be able to assist in all raw materials operations.
• Assist in maintaining all standard departmental records and similar reports.
• Complete and pass on to appropriate people information on completed lots, inventory weight adjustments, vendors rating forms and other vital information.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Perform all jobs necessary to keep workflow going.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Work from mill order schedules.
• Work from blend instructions, use SPC charts, use weigh scales, use simple arithmetic.

 
NON-ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Assist in maintaining work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:

• Equivalent to high school diploma.
• Experience should be at least 1 year in raw materials
• Must be able to maintain IME certification by fulfilling all requirements.
• Requires whole numbers, fractions, percents, addition, and subtraction mathematical aptitude.
• Use ordinary arithmetic (decimals and fractions etc).
• Make simple use of specifications, charts and standards.
• Use scales rule.
• Knowledge of quality system and deviation and disposition reporting.
• Knowledge of hazards of contamination in Titanium.
• Knowledge of identification procedures.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures for assigned equipment and process.
• Good mental attention is required to remember grade codes of Titanium alloys.
• Physical demands require frequently exerting, climbing ladders and stairs.
• Must work in all type of weather.
