Sarah Stokes is a Union County native, born and raised, and the founder of Sarah Stokes Home Loans, powered by Coast to Coast Mortgage Lending. She has worked in the mortgage industry since 2018, gaining hands-on experience through her family’s mortgage company before launching her own practice.

Sarah is known for her service-driven, educational approach to lending, helping individuals, families, and investors navigate the mortgage process with clarity, strategy, and confidence. She believes successful lending is built on communication, integrity, and long-term relationships—not just interest rates.

While Union County is home base, Sarah also serves clients throughout Western North Carolina, allowing her to support borrowers across multiple markets.
